What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash and all major credit and debit cards – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express – as well as the Shukran loyalty card and Splash Gift Vouchers

United Arab Emirates

• Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.

• If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if not repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece; and only if not exchangeable will we refund its total value.

What are Splash’s store timings?

All Splash stores are operational 365 days a year. Store timings may differ by region – use our Store Locator to get store timings of a Splash outlet near you.

I liked a Splash product but couldn’t purchase it because the outlet didn’t carry my size.

Use our online Store Locator to find your preferred local store. If you’re looking for a particular item, call the store to find out whether they have it. If you can, provide the store representative with the Item Code of the product for quicker and more accurate information.

How can I find out when a product will be in stock?

Unfortunately we can’t provide information about when more stock is arriving or at which store a specific product will be available. But we do update our website and stores regularly, so it’s worth calling or visiting your local store again to see whether what you were looking for has arrived.

Can I combine my Splash Gift Voucher with other offers or specials?

No. Splash Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on non-sale and non-promotional items.

If I don’t use the full value of the Splash Voucher in one visit, do I get credit for the remainder?

No, sorry. Gift Vouchers are for one-time use and aren’t reusable. If the total value of a Gift Voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes null and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.

Where Can I buy a Gift Voucher?

You can buy Splash Gift Vouchers from any Splash store near you.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

You can use your Splash Gift Voucher towards full or part payment of any goods in Splash stores throughout the region. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If your transaction value exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using another payment method such as debit/credit card or cash. Splash Gift Vouchers can be used for one transaction only, so any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.

Can I buy a Splash voucher as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! A Splash Gift Voucher makes a great present for your loved ones. Terms & conditions apply.

Can I top up the Gift Voucher?

At the moment, no, you can’t top up your Gift Voucher. You can, however, buy a new Gift Voucher instead.

Do I need to present any proof of identification to redeem the Birthday Voucher?

Yes, in order to redeem your Birthday Voucher you must present a valid proof of identification clearly showing your date of birth.

What does the Birthday Voucher get me?

Your Splash Birthday Voucher gives you a flat 25% discount on all regular-priced apparels and accessories at Splash. It cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

As a token of our appreciation, we give Splash Birthday Vouchers to all of our customers to make your birthday even more special.

Are there any other terms and conditions that the voucher carries?

Your Splash Birthday Voucher can be redeemed across all Splash stores in your city of residence. It cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions and is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How long is my Birthday Voucher valid?

The Birthday Voucher is valid for three (3) months from your birthday.

Is there a minimum spend amount or a joining fee to become a Shukran member?

No. Membership to Shukran is free for life. Just sign up at any of our participating outlets or online through our website, and you’re ready to enjoy the programme.

I shop at Splash often. Do you have a loyalty programme?
